Dried Corn Tassel Wreath

When we wrapped the columns in the front yard with bundles of dried corn stalks,  there were a few bundles left over.  Just enough to make a  pretty corn tassel wreath.

I've made a lot of wreaths,  but never from corn tassels

I got so excited about making my wreath that I forgot to get a before pic.   I took a photo of the back of the wreath so you can see that I used an oval grapevine wreath as my base.     Then, I  just poked tassels in until my wreath was really full.

I added a bow and a single sunflower to complete my wreath.

I found some real pumpkins over the week end and put them on the table that is to the side of my corn tassel wreath..     I love it that you can find colors other than orange now.

I peeked thru the center of my wreath to take a photo of the chandy in the entry way.     I enjoy taking photo's as much as I enjoy blogging!
