Like everyone else I too found myself wondering what you do in the even of a storm, we have a lot of high wind and rain down here in the spring and fall; I've always wanted to dress my porch up similar to what you've done but didn't want the added work of moving everything every time a storm pops up. Everything looks so lovely!! It amazes me ...Penny,
Everything looks so lovely!! It amazes me every time I visit and see all the fabric that you are able to keep outside. I just read the post above about the catepillars.Luckily, all the rain we have had has kept the catepillar infestation that we were supposed to get here down. And yes, I did have baby doves in the hanging pot last year. Now I will soon have baby robins in the nest in the tree!!
Hugs,
DebDebbie-Dabble Blog and A Debbie-Dabble Christmashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09393980831584145593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2953425930492340116.post-81594457990103016092017-06-12T09:19:59.325-06:002017-06-12T09:19:59.325-06:00It's all so lovely - you have created my dream...It's all so lovely - you have created my dream outdoor area with pretty linens and fabric. Here in Connecticut it is impossible to leave untreated fabric out overnite due to the weather, and also because of the insects and garden critters (mice and chipmunks). Right now we are having an infestation of gypsy moth caterpillars and my deck resembles a scene from a horror movie - black hairy caterpillars are everywhere! Oh well, thats why I enjoy your blog so much - it provides me with huge amounts of delicious eye candy!lalahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06175627717826309153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2953425930492340116.post-83978638021070984772017-06-11T18:18:30.576-06:002017-06-11T18:18:30.576-06:00I was wondering where you lived, that you didn'...I was wondering where you lived, that you didn't have to worry about all your pretties getting wet and soggy! In fact the thunder is rolling right now, due for another thunder storm. Last week we had a bunch of flooding, roads were blocked due to high water. Grass is knee high due to all the rain. :-) Love visiting your blog.
