My Inspiration Room

I call this my Inspiration Room, but actually it is just a small walk-in closet in our bedroom. It is very peaceful to sit here and read and think....

I have an old baby bed spring hung on the wall that I put things on that inspire me

I have lots of magazines that give me inspiration...that old wicker hamper is full of magazines...

I like to bundle magazines together by season or holiday,   I put these bundles in a plate holder that is hung by the side of my chair...

I have some of my Barbie collection on the shelf in front of me....The wedding dress that is draped over the closet rod is the one my daughter wore, I have it for safe keeping!

This is one of my favorite pictures, it takes up one whole wall of the closet...

More decorating books are stored in train cases on the closet shelves...

I make little notes on the blackboard, these are some of my Christmas tree themes...I can't wait to show you my Santa Loves the Ballet tree

Some things on my inspiration board..

Remember this lamp shade that I got at the auction last summer?

This is my comfy chair and a pillow that was given to me by a dear friend..

A view from my chair in the "closet"....

A view into the ''closet"    I have found lots of inspiration in my little space and of course, I get lots of inspiration from my blogging friends!
