A Succulent Wreath for Spring

After drooling over all the succulent wreaths that I have seen around blog land,  I knew that's what I wanted to put on my front door for spring!    I just love the new faux succulents...they look so realistic!    I started pricing these gorgeous wreaths....pretty pricey for my budget!   The wreath that  I really liked was $165...wow!

I bought all  my supplies either on sale or used a 40% off coupon,  so  I have about $40 in my wreath.    All the succulents that I used either came from  HL or Michaels....both have a great selection.   

The geraniums and roses came from HL...50% off,   of course.

Most of the ferns came from Michaels....40% off....

I used a grapevine wreath.....50 at a yard sale...

Some of the lovely wreaths that I have seen are 100% succulents,   but I wanted to add a little softness to mine with the addition of roses and geraniums.

We have blue skies and 60 degree weather here in New Mexico today,  so I have been adding some spring touches to the front porch.   H is painting our china cabinet pink to put on the front porch...can't wait to show you how pretty it looks. We bought when we first got married.....it's OLD!!!   See you soon!
