Fun Flat Spring Wreath

I may be rushing it a bit,  but the truth is.....I would be happy to have bunnies out all year long!    I packed up the Christmas decor weeks ago and  didn't decorate for winter or Valentines in the entry so I had a fresh slate this morning to begin spring decorating.

I began my spring decorating by adding a garland to the top of an existing footboard on the wall in the entry.   I had this pretty garland of crepe myrtle over the bed in one of the guest bedrooms.   I took it down to clean it the other day and decided not to put it back but give it new life in the entry.

Next I hung a flat wreath that I found at TJ Maxx.......

I added an egg garland to the existing net garland across the shutter storage.

Then the fun part.....decorated the shelving units........

I used an assortment of spring decor.....

If you peek behind the wreath,  you will see hidden goodies.

A sweet lamb peeking out from behind the wreath......

Cute kittens watching a baby chick hatch out of a glittery egg.....

I scattered some springy pastel crochet pieces on the shelves.....

A sheep couple is surrounded with lavender carrots.....

Sweet little faces......

On each side of the sheep couple is a pink felted rabbit.....

I hung a canvas rabbit on the coat closet door.

It's a recent purchase at Hobby Lobby......

I have one more wall in the entry to decorate for spring..........

So,  I'll be back soon with a tour of the entry all dressed up for Easter!

  3. I don't think you are rushing it at all. It seemed I just got my Valentine deoor and it was time to time to take it down. It's all staged and will go back in the cartons in the morning. Spring and bunnies are going to start making an appearance. The season are so short..and it's so much fun to create something sort of dinnerent every year. I didn't post anything this year...maybe next year. I loved seeing all of your pretties and now looking forward to you Springtime and Easter decor. FUN! :)
