This was originally a free standing door seat. |
Here is a pic of the inside. I need to get more photo's of the inside, but I did this post in a hurry for White Wednesday!! |
If you look thru the window, you can see my wicker desk and chair where I do all my planning for the yard!!! lol |
I store birdcages and houses in here that are not in use! |
The two front doors came from a barn sale in Kentucky a few years ago when we were on the Longest Yard Sale! |
This is how she looked before we added on the two rooms!!! |
I threw in a flower photo just to add some white color to the post!!!! |
And you ask "why does she have a photo of a cat in this post???" Welllll, because the "east wing' of the garden shed is where the cats sleep. This is Alex, he is quite the ham!!! |
This is Gracie. She wanted to know what I was doing with that camera. And the cutie in the back is Spice!! |
You can just see the corner of the potting shed before we added on! |
Mi piace tanto!Anche la ghirlanda alla porta!Che simpatici gattini!Saluti,Rosetta

ReplyDeleteHow cleaver you are...this is so cute!
ReplyDeleteI saw you over at Ivy & Elephants and I love your potting shed. I was very interested in your profile, Miss Penny! How interesting that you have created such a beautiful life. A testimony that you don't need to leave your roots to blossom. I quite envy those who still live in my home town of Concord, California.
ReplyDeletePenny, what a gorgeous shed! I would love to have a space like that! And your cats are sooo cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat a charming shed or garden house. I know the cats must love it. How clever to collect all those doors. I wish I had room for a cute little structure. Enjoyed the post and love the cats.

Debbie :)
No wonder the cats have moved in, it is adorable !
ReplyDeleteOh Penny, you have me drooling here sweetie! I have plans to build an outbuilding next Spring. At first I was going to build a play house, but have been leaning towards a potting shed as of late. Thinking I could have a small play area at one end for the grandies. (Grandma kind of promised) lol! Your little cottage has so much charm. I have already found a dutch door and been saving lots of old windows. Hope mine turns out half as sweet as yours. Thanks for sharing at Share Your cup.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jann
