Spring Faux Fireplace

I have our new faux fireplace decorated for spring!

I added a sequined Easter banner to the frames and a clock that I got last week end at an estate sale for $1.50.  It was black and H painted the metal part white.

Sweet bunnies...

and a ceramic egg.

This vintage aqua wicker chair has had several homes....it was in the sun room...the studio...the front porch..and now in the guest room. 

Some more of my mothers beautiful starched doilies... with a spring bouquet.

Bunnies have took over the bed and are having a tea party!

Our daughter brought me back this teapot from Disneyland a few years ago..one of my cherished treasures! 

I have decorated the room with all the colors in the quilt... 

H is still painting, he is on gallon number 6!!!...these closet doors were dark earlier this week...

Here is a little Easter vignette on the night table.  This is a set of paper mache bunnies that belonged to my mother.

Several of you have asked where I store all my stuff..well, some of it gets moved instead of stored!  This wreath was in the dining room at Valentines and is now in the spare bedroom for Easter.

I covered the dresser with a vintage quilt...soft yellow and cream, it's one of my favorites.  

I almost forgot to show you this little guy in the corner of the fireplace...

He is "watching" for Easter!

We are cleaning and putting fresh touches on every room in the house!  I have  been working on the family room mantle and I can't wait to show you!
