Tea & Treasures

We stopped by a few yard sales and went to the auction Saturday.   The auction was mainly southwest decor and Santa Fe Railroad memorabilia,  so I didn't buy too much.    There are two big antique auctions next Saturday that I am really looking forward to, but the question is....which one will I go to!
I got the bid on this pretty set of 8 snack dishes....
I bought this Victorian doll,  hat pin holders,  and heart sachet at one of the yard sales that I went to......
I found two vintage hats at one of the yard sales.....here is the pink one,  and I also got a black one that I will show you later in a Halloween vignette.
All of my treasures are sitting on a pink floral designer queen sheet set that I picked up for $5.
The three clocks are one of my auction purchases...
I thought this organizer folder would be great to hold vintage valentine cards......
 Love sign....
The lamps in the back came from the auction,   one will go to my booth,  and the one without a top will be repurposed as a candle holder.     The large rose doily is a yard sale purchase....$3.   This is a better photo of the sheet set....look at all the ruffles on the flat top sheet.

Til next time!

  1. What sweet finds, Penny. That cloth (or sham?) that you have everything displayed on is the same pattern my daughter used to have in her room. I always loved it. I think it was a Waverly pattern..but wouldn't swear to it. xo Diana

  3. What great finds Penny, but the large Big Ben clock is my favorite. I had one for 2 decades and when I tried to replace it with another one it lasted around a year. Wish I could find one somewhere that still works I loved mine. Sigh......
