Farmhouse Style Christmas Mantel with a Touch of Elegance

I love the trendy new Farmhouse look that's going around....but.....I just have to add my own personal touch to it...lol!

I started creating my Farmhouse Christmas  mantel by hanging a pretty pom pom garland across the front of the existing lace mantel scarf.....

I decided to make a three blade vintage windmill piece the centerpiece of my Farmhouse Christmas mantel.....

I added a little bling to the windmill blades and added an architectural piece to the bottom part of the blades.....then I tucked a spray of roses in and the centerpiece is done.

A bottle brush tree and a Santa is placed next to the windmill blades........

I made a bow from pink and cream pillow ticking......black and white buffalo check fabric......and vintage pink rose fabric for each end of the mantel.....

A string of white lights covered with pillow filling add a touch of snow across the mantel.....

Next to the Santa,   I propped a wreath up against the shutters  and placed some pretty trees in the center of it.

I mirrored with other side of the windmill blades with similar pieces......

Pom Pom garland.....

Fabric bow.......

Rose wreath and trees......

And a similar Santa.....

The mantel really comes to life at night with the lights on.....

I'll end my post by teasing  you with just a little peek at the left side and bottom of the fireplace......

  7. Love the mantel, the bling you added to the windmill blades is great. I am really loving all your white and pink decorations for Christmas. I have a lot of vintage pink mercury glass ball ornaments but I'm going to have to add some more white and pink items to create a vignette like one of yours. They're all so fun and fabulous. Judy
