Farmhouse meets Romance Valentine Mantle

I have been busy romancing the mantle in the family room for Valentines Day......

I left the existing piece of windmill on the mantle  so I guess you might refer to my creation  as "Farmhouse meets Romance".....lol!

I started my decorating on this end with a cherub holding a mason jar candle......the other end of the mantle mirrors it.....

I have a Debi Coules canvas print next to my cherub.....

In the center is another canvas print.....

Life is Beautiful.....

I have a garland of ivory satin hearts.....

I used wide pink and white buffalo check wired ribbon to make a big bow for each side of the mantle.....

I used two of my pink vintage heart candy boxes on the hearth........

I pick these up at yard sales whenever I can find one,    I don't see them very often

I have a Valentine centerpiece on the coffee table in front of the fireplace.   Here is the link to that post if you missed it.....http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2017/01/valentine-decor.html

Winter Mantle................................Valentine Mantle

You may have noticed a few other changes to the fireplace since I posted my winter mantle.    Behind the windmill,    I layered a large piece of ceiling tile in front of the shutters.    I also brought in the lace fireplace screen that was in storage and put it in front of the shutters on the hearth.

Happy Valentines Day!
