I have been busy romancing the mantle in the family room for Valentines Day...... |
I left the existing piece of windmill on the mantle so I guess you might refer to my creation as "Farmhouse meets Romance".....lol! |
I started my decorating on this end with a cherub holding a mason jar candle......the other end of the mantle mirrors it..... |
I have a Debi Coules canvas print next to my cherub..... |
In the center is another canvas print..... |
Life is Beautiful..... |
I have a garland of ivory satin hearts..... |
I used wide pink and white buffalo check wired ribbon to make a big bow for each side of the mantle..... |
I used two of my pink vintage heart candy boxes on the hearth........ |
I pick these up at yard sales whenever I can find one, I don't see them very often |
I have a Valentine centerpiece on the coffee table in front of the fireplace. Here is the link to that post if you missed it.....http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2017/01/valentine-decor.html |
Happy Valentines Day! |
Penny, My favorite things are the canvases and the satin hearts. So pretty. You are a true romantic. I am way behind on decorating for Valentines...I only do a few little displays. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
