Life is short Lick the Bowl

I put all the Easter things away and gave the kitchen a really good cleaning to get it ready for the new spring / summer decor.

I am planning that this decor will stay from spring and on thru the summer.....unless I change my mind....lol!

H collects old mixers and let me borrow one to display on the counter.

I used a little magnet to put the Magnolia Bakery sign on the side of his mixer

I tied the beaters and a rose stem in some linen napkins.      And for the final touch,   I stuck a pretty pastel mixer print to the bowl.

Beside the mixer,   I have a couple of pink spatula's tied in napkins that match the ones I used in the mixer.

The next kitchen counter I decorated is a lot bigger than the other one......so of course it has more stuff!

I have lots of fun stuff on this counter......

My motto.......

The banner I have hung across the tobacco basket is in the April Handmade Club package from the very talented Kerryanne.

This is such a sweet banner......

And here's the link to her blog if you would like to join the Handmade Club.......https://www.shabbyartboutique.com/2019/04/april-in-the-handmade-club.html

I have lot's of "cooking stuff' on the counter........measuring cups and eggs.......

Cookie jar and a stack of measuring cups......

Cake stand and cover......aqua measuring spoons......a pink and white buffalo check towel.....

Pink rolling pin,,,,and a Sweet Traditions print......

I filled a metal scoop with cupcake papers and hung a cute sign above it......

One last look at the Easter kitchen........

This is how I deep clean.....lol!      I like to strip the counters of all my "stuff" and give everything a really good cleaning

That gives me a blank canvas to create on!

I always enjoy your visits so much,    please, pretty please with sugar on top come back soon!
