Tea & a Tour of the Shed

I've finished spring cleaning a refreshing the decor in the shed.....now it's time to relax and enjoy!

I didn't make any changes to the furniture arrangement,   but I did add different accessory pieces.

I kind of went with a rooster theme in the shed.......

I have a white metal rooster on one end of the vignette......

A cloth pastel rooster finishes the vignette on the other end

I found this metal Bless our Nest plaque in the 90% off Easter isle at Hobby Lobby.     It was less than a dollar and I plan to use it all year long.

Here's where I sit and relax......have a cup of tea......maybe a little snack......

I have a Rooster themed tea set to go with my "theme" in the shed.

I played with my tea set for quite a while .....trying to find the perfect place for it.     I auditioned it on 3 different tables and still haven't made up my mind....lol!

I went out in the yard and cut some pretty flowers to make a bouquet for the shed.

I've had these Rooster themed pillows FOREVER.

I seldom use them and had almost got rid of them.....glad I didn't

I wanted to share the new wind chimes that I found Saturday at Joann's.

I thought this pink camper was so sweet.......

And I couldn't leave a metal farmhouse behind......70% off....can't beat a deal like that!

I'm really enjoying the little water feature H made for the yard.      It has a relaxing sound and isn't too much trouble to keep clean.

I can see right now that I'm gonna spend a lot of time relaxing in the shed this summer.

I always enjoy your visits so much,    please come back soon!

  1. Penny, Oh, how cute and relaxing that shed is now. You need a chase lounge to nap in.
That's where you would find me with a pile of books, good music and lemonade. Now's that's a real vacation cottage. Peace, tranquility and love, what more could a vacation spot give you. Thanks for sharing this wonderful spot.

So sweet!! Once again, we are getting rain , rain and more rain so I have not even been able to get outside even if it is only to sit on the front porch.....
