Pastel Fall Window Display

One of my favorite parts of our home to decorate for seasons and holidays is the big empty window frame in the hallway.    It used to be a challange,  but once I got it thru my head that I had to keep the decor flat against the wall and not hanging out into the hallway for us to run into.....it's been easy peasy and safer too....lol!

It's pretty simple to decorate the window,    I just fire up my printer and start printing the gorgeous images I've picked out for my window display.

The images I used today were created by my friend Kerryanne over at   https://www.shabbyartboutique.com/    Just pop over to her blog and see all the great designs she has.....lots of them are free and she also has a monthly Handmade Club available for you to join for a song!    I just received the preview of the kit available on the 15th of Oct and it is full of Christmas images to print off and use in your holiday decorating projects.   This years Christmas kit is one of Kerryanne's best EVER!

Now,   I'll just let you stroll down the hall and enjoy my Fall Window Display......

Well,  as I took my stroll down the hallway,   I realized that not all of the prints are from Kerryanne's blog.     The ones in the little leaf holders came from another blogging friend of mine....Andrea.    Pop over to her blog and you'll find tons of FREE images to use in your decorating projects....tell her I sent you!  https://thecottagemarket.com/

I don't usually put any decor on the floor for us to stumble over,   but I have a couple of sweet flat pumpkins that H made for me.    I've had them in the family room by the fireplace,   but decided they would work great here too!

I move stuff around all the time,   so who knows how long they will be here in the hallway.

They may just show up in the formal dining room just in time for Thanksgiving!

You guys have already seen the vignette at the end of the hall in the entry....but I thought you might enjoy another look at it.....

And if you missed my post sharing the other end of the hallway,   here's a link to that post......http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2021/10/blending-halloween-decor-seamlessly.html

This post is already too long,   sooooo I will share the other side of the hallway later.

See you soon....hugs

  1. All the roses are a beautiful touch throughout. I think touches of pink bring a softness to decor. Thank you Penny you always inspire me.

  2. Good morning,
I love the soft pink Fall decorations. I wish I could find the pink sunflowers. I have looked and the don't seem to exist now anywhere. Sometimes the soft colors are so soothing after a crazy week at work. I love bold colors, but not all the time.
Thanks for the eye easing colors.
