I finished decorating the last section of the sun room in the bee theme that I've used in the rest of the room. |
I added daisies and wasp nests to the existing vintage bread dough bowl that I have filled with dried flowers. |
The big bread dough bowl is a treasure that my mother had. |
My wasp nests bring back memories of a trip to Texas H and I took a couple of years ago. |
I like to sit here in the sun and have a glass of sweet tea......... and look thru my decorating magazines. |
I made a nest in the chandy for two birds......then, I hung a metal Hello Summer sign |
I added a couple of prints to the existing vignette. Here's a bee and you saw a sweet girl holding a hive in an earlier photo. |
This wasp nest is much smaller than the one you saw earlier. |
Now that I've finished decorating the sun room, I can sit in my comfy chair and look around at what I've done......... |
I thought I'd give you a tour of the sun room........ |
I have a bee print over the sofa...... |
More wild flowers next to the big bird house next to the chaise lounge...... |
Bee prints over the French doors...... |
I created an aviary in my armoire. |
I expanded my decorating theme from bee's and wildflowers to include birds too! |
Honey for Sale metal sign over the French doors on this side of the sun room...... |
Yep, I plan to spend a lot of time here this summer! |
Everything is lovely. I love the soft yellows---compliments your pastel color scheme.
