| I'm going to let her borrow one of my wigs. I bought this pretty wig to wear when I broke my arm a few years ago. It's hard to do your hair with a broken arm....lol! |

| I found three big hat boxes full of vintage hats at a yard sale on Friday. One of the boxes was from White & Kirk....Amarillo, Texas. |

| You can display hats on almost anything.....even a small lamp shade! |

| I love old perfume bottles and was lucky enough to find a few. I have them displayed on a vintage full size sheet and pillow cases. |

| Simply Shabby Chic drapery panel....never opened! I'll find something to do with a single panel.... |

| I couldn't pass up three bolts of beige net.....$1 per bolt! |
 An auction friend that used to be in the drapery business was having a yard sale and I bought some tie backs and fringe there. She made the drapes in our formal dining room. |

| These three oil paintings came from the auction that we went to on Saturday. I bought some other things at the auction but I think I will save them for a later post....this one is long enough!!! |

I was going to go to the second day of that florist shop sale but I worked 3 nights, off one and then 4 nights so i was exhausted and thought that sleep would be much better than sales........i am on another 3 day stretch now after only one off. I worked on Sat. for a co worker so she could go to her grandchild's Birthday party. i will be off Thurs., Friday and Saturday in return though.....

Those old perfume bottles are very pretty. I imagine you could sway the one panel off the side of a window. It would look quite lovely.

I collected hats for a long time. I have given that up now but I have some favourites that I will always keep. I wish we still wore things like that. When I was young we dressed to go out, wore a hat and gloves etc. A costume. Well times have changed and women don't want to be that way anymore. Too restricting but I have to mourn the passing of more elegant days. Janice
