Week End Treasure Hunt

I had to show a lot of self restraint at the yard sales this past week end!     There were so many pretty things at the sales..... it was hard to choose what was coming home with me!

I loved these wall plaques and knew just where I wanted to hang them

I can't resist anything with gorgeous roses painted on it!

I can't decide what to put in the pockets.     I have thought about hanging it in the kitchen and putting cook books in the pockets......or maybe hanging it on small wall in the hallway and fill the pockets with greenery.......or maybe hang it on a wall in the bedroom that needs a fresh look!

I found two mini brass log holders for $1 each.       They will be great to tuck into a tiered stand and filled with mini birch logs......I really can't think of a place I can't use them.

I noticed some mini logs at Hobby Lobby in the Christmas isle.

I went to several yard sales,   but only brought home stuff from two of them.     The three pieces of brass came from the first one and the rest of it came from the second sale.     I could have filled the car with stuff from the second sale!

The second sale had a small wall filled with pretty Victorian wall hangings.      They were all so pretty it was hard to pick,   but this is the one I finally chose.

Even the back of it is pretty.

The brass deer candle holder was $1.

I have the perfect place for these small pillows ......

I don't come across small pillows very often,   so I couldn't leave these behind!

Til next time.........
