One of my favorite area's to decorate in our home is the kitchen. |
If you spend a lot of time in the kitchen.......like I do.......you want something pretty to look at while you're there. RIGHT? |
I played with the pieces in this vignette for quite a while before I found just the right look....... |
The star of my vignette is the bird nest full of cottage style eggs that I made a couple of years ago |
Here's how my eggs looked 2 years ago I couldn't find last years photo, but trust me ....they looked pretty! |
I've finished decorating this side of the kitchen |
The other side of the kitchen only has a small counter so I can wipe that side out in no time! |
When the garden centers get in their spring plants, I plan to add a few to the counters for some pops of color Maybe some pretty yellow daffodils. |
I always really enjoy your visits.......come back soon! |
Very pretty and spring like. I like your chandelier. Happy Spring.
ReplyDeleteSeeing these photographs makes me want to come and visit! I think I will go make some spring decor now. Thank you for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteAbigail Joy.
Looove the cottage style eggs. Where did you find the directions for making them?
ReplyDeleteYour spring decor is beautiful enough to help beat the winter blues; here in Maine, It is STILL winter!
ReplyDeletePenny, I love the sheep. The sheep with little lambs are so much a part of Spring. I too love that chandelier. I wish I could find one like that. I am keeping my eyes pealed for one.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the sweet reminder of Spring is just around the corner.
Remind everyone to turn their clocks forward Sunday or they might be late for work on Monday.
