Pink Garden Hose

I get questions all the time about where I purchased the pink garden hose you see me use in my vignettes.    I ordered it from Amazon several years ago and they have not restocked them.   I've combed the internet trying to find one for you guys ....with no luck    SO,    I decided to try my hand at making one!  

I am very pleased with how it turned out.    

I think garden pieces are just as pretty when used inside as they are when used in the garden

I've used the hose I got from Amazon many times as a container for a floral design to put on my dinning table.    I decided to see if it would work on a side table in the family room.   .....and I like it there as well.

I took lots of photo's as I constructed my pink hose........

I found that short sprays of paint worked the best..... if you apply it too heavy at a time the paint tends to run.     If it does run,   you can easily sand the drips once the paint has dried.

I took more photo's for you as I created a floral design in my pink hose.

There are lots of old garden hoses in my junk pile.....what color should I paint the next one.......lol!
