I am very pleased with how it turned out. |
I think garden pieces are just as pretty when used inside as they are when used in the garden |
I took lots of photo's as I constructed my pink hose........ |
I found that short sprays of paint worked the best..... if you apply it too heavy at a time the paint tends to run. If it does run, you can easily sand the drips once the paint has dried. |
I took more photo's for you as I created a floral design in my pink hose. |
There are lots of old garden hoses in my junk pile.....what color should I paint the next one.......lol! |
This is such a cute idea! It's so cute as a planter. I love the cow picture!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable idea!! It would be so easy to paint it any color to go with any décor too. How fun. Thanks for sharing with us at Encouraging Hearts and Home. Pinned.
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! I love this. I have a white trailer hose. I should do this.
ReplyDeleteWell, I never.... This is at the TOP of being creative! I love it! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute idea, it looks so adorable.
ReplyDeletePenny YOU are so clever...I can see the hose as container and a hand trowel stuck into a foam block then a floral arrangement with moss covering the foam block. You could use those vintage gardening tools in it too. Thank you for sharing with all your friends here...it gets our creative juices flowing!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
got a chuckle out of this but I must say that I love your pink hose and the fact that everything even the garden hose can be adapted to fit our style
