Autumn Decor for a Long Hallway

My long hallway has been a quite a challenge to decorate over the years....the more I tried to fill up the walls....the more cluttered the hallway looked!

I came across this long shabby chic window one time at a yard sale and it has been an answer to my hallway dilemma....

A wreath hung in the center of the window is a simple but gorgeous way to add just a pop of color to my long hallway

Curtains gave the window a "heavy feel" but I found pieces of Battenburg lace & vintage doilies gave my window the soft airy look that I like

The hallway begins in the entry and goes all the way to the bedrooms....about 60 feet

I've decorated my window so many ways over the years...

 

This fall I decided to hang some fun "window clipart"  in a few of the empty frames

The soft watercolors in the window clipart give the hallway such a peaceful feel...

Now,  I can move on to the entryway with Autumn decor that compliments the hallway
