I have set the table for our Valentine dinner with pink depression glass.. . |
I layered the place mats...a white oval over a rectangle floral... |
This is a close up of the dinner plate... |
and here is the salad plate. |
These are some sweet little dessert cups. I plan to serve a beautiful cupcake in each one! |
We will have coffee with out cupcakes....here is the cup... |
and the saucer. I love the cherry pattern in the center of the saucer..... |
Sugar and creamer... and below is a close up of the compote... |
It has a beautiful etched pattern. |
These are some of the serving dishes that I plan to use... |
This one will hold a special Valentine tossed salad... |
and this platter is for the meat... |
and this is a beautiful dish to serve the butter for our homemade hot rolls! |
iced tea will be served in this little pitcher... |
So, I have the table ready for our Valentine dinner with friends.... |
Happy Valentines Day! |

Very pretty Valentine's table scape. Your pink glass set is just lovely. Thanks for sharing, wishing you a happy week ahead.
ReplyDeleteYour table is lovely and I too am a colector of depression glass. I have two sets, the Pink Dogwood pattern and the Yellow Madrid. The Yellow Madrid was given to me by my dear mother who began this pattern by being gifted with some sherberts in that pattern by my great grandmother. I have been thinking of starting the Cherry Blossom pattern. Your post made me think that I do need to bring out my own depression glass and use it more often. Lovely post.
