Welcome to our new laundry room! H has been busy painting for weeks....over 5 gallons to date! He has painted the display cases in the hallway, the laundry room, and is now painting in the kitchen! |
I hung this vintage laundry bag on the door. It is monogrammed and has three pockets. |
I am using the pockets to store vintage hankies! |
| ||
I needed a door stop and this is what I came up with! A bowl of white buttons! |
Here is the before picture...what a difference some white paint can make! |
I took all of the candles, cleaning supplies and general junk out (you'll see where they went later!) |
And now the shelves are full of all our linens! I had no idea that I had so many until I started gathering them up from they were stashed! They were all over the house...I need to get organized! |
I have all my beautiful pillow cases all together... |
I sorted them by color.... |
These are some gorgeous pillow cases that belonged to my mother. |
I have all my table runners , table cloths, sheets, doilies...everything is in the laundry room! |
I even had room for a little lace. |
Sheets....I wish my sheet folding skills were better!! |
I found Easter tablecloths.... |
Here's a sewing machine if I need to repair any linens! It doesn't work...that's okay..I don't sew! LOL |
And I have plenty of vintage irons if anything is wrinkled! They don't work..but that's okay...I don't iron! |
Doilies in a cloche! |
WOW, what a transformation!! I love all the linens!!
