Penny's Vintage Home: Dreaming of Spring

It is cold and dreary outside, but the view from my chair gives me hope that spring is just around the corner

Nothing sings spring to me like pansies, tulips, pussy willow, and lots of sweet bunnies

The vintage green and pink quilt that I used as a back drop behind the ladder is a quilt that my grandmother made many years ago.

Beau Bunny has been playing with his moss covered ball......see it right below him on the step?

Bonnie Bunny has her Easter basket filled with Humpty Dumpty until the Easter Bunny comes to visit

It is -2 degrees here this morning so I truly have no ambition to go up into the freezing cold attic to get my Easter decorations down..... Maybe on the weekend.....

I do enjoy seeing your Easter decorations......

Spring may never come here at the rate we are going this Winter!!

You have given me a taste for Spring, Penny. Just looking at your darling bunnies and eggs and tulips definitely makes me anticipate Spring is right around the corner. (I just need to tolerate the cold bitter wind that is blowing outside my Wisconsin home. ) I love the quilt as a background and do I see pink cabbage head (or flower?) on top of the end table and ladder. Charming. Thank you for a refreshing taste of Spring.
