Aren't the pumpkin fields gorgeous! |
Speaking of pumpkins......the stores are full of faux pumpkins |
I took this photo of a field of corn earlier this summer. The second photo shows how the stalks have dried and the ears of corn are ready to be harvested for seed to plant next year. |
Beautiful wreath...and you made it!!! Gorgeous!!!

How wonderful to use finds from the area for your wreath, it is so pretty. I love fall but I am not ready for summer to be over this year, maybe mid September :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful wreath...love the pumpkins...I am SO ready for fall but it's still HOT here!
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteStunning wreath!! I am trying to hold off decorating for Fall until after Labor Day.....I may start in the Kitchen though in a week or so because Labor Day is late this year. I love the photos os that shop you featured! Stunning! Would love to see more of that! I am now cleaning, purging and re-organizing our upstairs bathroom and I should finish today as I am working this weekend!!
Heat and humidity have finally left and it is cooler here!!
Hugs,
Deb
Beautiful wreath and I love all the pumpkins out in shops. I hope it means a bit cooler weather is on the way :)
ReplyDeleteYour wreath is just gorgeous! Seeing all those faux pumpkins makes me ready for fall! I love all of your photos in the country with the hay bales and the sunflowers. I am very ready to not live in the city anymore but we have a way to go before retirement. In the meantime I will live vicariously through other people's pictures!

Wow!! What a great piece! I love the dried flowers...is there a reason he plants the sunflowers in between the rows? I was just curious! Thanks for sharing on My 2 Favorite Things on Thursday! Hope to see you again this week! Pinned!
