Come on in! The entry is a small area as you come in the front door,,.....to the left of the entry is the kitchen ....and to the right is the living area. |
The kitchen/dining area opens into the family room. |
H installed beadboard and made a pretty cornice for these windows. |
The fireplace was a very plain when we moved in.. The brick was orange and the fireplace had a big railroad tie for a mantle. This is how it looked after H did his magic. |
Here you can see how the French doors open out to the sunroom. Big windows surround the sunroom and you can see...... |
the neighbors home's and the common areas. |
This is the hallway that leads to the utility room....2 bathrooms...and 3 bedrooms. |
The contractor put in new toilets, sliding shower doors, mirrors, sinks, faucets, cabinets, floor tile and granite countertops. |
The second bath got the same overhaul....lol! |

What a pretty townhouse! It certainly looks like someplace I would like to retire to! Love the updates.
ReplyDeleteI love the openness and brightness of your pretty townhouse. Your Hubby is so handy...lucky girl!!!
ReplyDeleteI think you were very smart to hang on to the townhouse. It looks like it would be a lovely retirement home!
ReplyDeleteBoy, what a nice rental! I bet the people who get a chance to live there are very happy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! Love everything about the place, except the stencils (sorry).
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteI so enjoyed seeing your townhouse rental!! Is it one level? It is very pretty and roomy! Ours is a little over 1000 sq. ft. so yours is much larger than ours. I keep saying that our next move is down the street and into an apartment in the same Apartment Complex where our sons live.
Hugs,
Deb
What pretty built in details you have there!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I could live happily there!
ReplyDeletePenny I love the tour. What a beautiful place to live.

Such a gorgeous home. I am always stunned at the size of American houses....I think ours is half the size of this...and this is your 'small one'? Nice!

Wow that is gorgeous and so spacious, our home is just under 1500 sq feet I believe so this would be wonderful, I don't know that I have seen a place to rent so lovely, what a great space to retire in.
ReplyDeletePenny,

Hi Penny! Your condo is beautiful and looks very spacious! Many cabinets in the kitchen too. I'm sure the tall ceilings help make it look bigger! Love all of your updates.

The townhouse is very lovely! It really is quite large and spacious for a townhouse. It's nice that you have that to move into some day.
