The nights are getting cooler, so I added a vintage comforter to the bed. |
I brought in two blue pillows from the living room..... |
This one is my favorite.....they lived happily ever after. I had it on the sofa in the family room. |
I found this Always Kiss Me Goodnight sign in the back of my closet when I cleaned it out. |
The shoes and picture were on the mantle, so I moved them to the chesser when I put the new vignette on the mantle. The poodles were in the cabinet on the side of the fireplace in the family room. |
All I did to my cross was give it a good cleaning. |
Here are my two closets all clean and tidy! |
What do I do with all those pillows on the bed at night? |
They go on the floor.....in the chair..... |

Everything looks lovely! Cute sign and love the lacey nighty!
ReplyDeleteOh- I need to do my closets again! That is a big job and well-done, Penny. Love that you have your lights up from last year...a step ahead of the game! Hope you have a romantic Sunday morning! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteYou must have a ton of dusting to do on a regular basis! So lovely and you must have the best husband ever to survive all the frills and lace! Now THAT is what I call love!!! You lucky girl!
ReplyDeleteSO feminine. My present husband would tolerate it..and does. Rose strewn wallpaper..lots of roses around the house..but the family room, not at all. Definitely not a femine room. And that is where he is much of the time. However he doesn't seem to mind one bit, my lace and flowers. I love your feminine home..and here's the thing, Penny, your husband must be so ultra secure in his manhood that he doesn't give a fig how you decorate as long as YOU ARE HAPPY. I consider you, as Rose does, one lucky woman!
ReplyDeleteHUGS!

Your bedroom is very pretty and "girlie" and your husband doesn't mind??!! My husband will tolerate some laces and roses and most of my "victorian" stuff. But I try to make it comfortable for him too :)
ReplyDeletePenny,

Hugs,
Deb
What a romantic bedroom! Love all the lace. A fireplace in the bedroom would be a real addition. Thanks for sharing, Penny.
