Memorial Weekend Yard Sales


I found some fun things at the yard sales Saturday!


How cute is the Pomeranian  pillow and matching plate!   The sale that I got them at had been going on since Thursday and everything left Saturday was half price.....so the .pillow was $2 and plate was $1.50

I picked up the Father coffee cup for $3 and the Avon Breast Cancer cup was .50.  

 The .50 Humming bird tea set will be used in one of my fairy gardens.


The wicker hamper was $3......I plan to give it a makeover with some pink and white touches and use it to store our lap blankets in the family room when they are not in use.


Pioneer Woman hard cover cook book ......$1

 The salt a pepper shakers are from a collection that belonged to an elderly woman.   Her son said she had over 700 in her collection and he would have several yard sales over the next few weeks to try and get them all sold.   $2 a set.

Leaded glass door insert.....


The insert had been taken out of the door because of a small crack,     which I highlighted in the second photo.   I thought it was still worth the $10 they were asking for it.
