Can you create a gorgeous tablescape with Dollar Tree dishes and linens?........I think you can! |
My theme for the summer front porch is Patriotic & lemon decor, so when I saw these dishes and linens at Dollar Tree they just flew into my basket! |
They have tumblers, coffee mugs, big bowls, big plates, dessert plates, mats, kitchen towels, wine glasses, did I leave anything out.....lol! |
I had some ceramic lemon pies that I used in my tablescape |
I also had some Patriotic place mats that I had bought several years ago at Walmart...... |
Reversible and vinyl.....can't beat that! |
The pink and white striped tablecloth is a yard sale find. I used a $5 king sheet set to make the tablecloth and cover the pads on 2 chaise lounges and a rocker pad. |
The centerpiece I created was simple and easy...... |
I filled my tiered trays with bows and lemon prints that I found on Pinterest and printed on my home printer. |
I have a couple of mirrors on the porch...... |
I love how this mirror reflects my tablescape |
The other end of the porch is where I have a beverage bar, I still need to set that up for tonight |
This is gonna be a fun party!!! |
The porch will be even prettier this evening after dark with all the romantic lights on! |
OH SO PRETTY! You did a great job of incorporating some color into the lemon scene. I love the use of lemons-it always looks fresh and pretty---and smells great when there are real lemons.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, Penny. xo Diana
Penny the dishes are so cute andthe fabric is adorable. I'm going to check it out at the H.L. this week. Thank you for the ideas!
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteI love the lemon theme and I can't believe that Dollar Tree had all those pretty dishes and everything to go with them...I haven't been out much lately but I definitely have to get to Dollar Tree....
Hugs,
Debbie
Just lovely! Your table is so welcoming! And I love those vintage lawn chairs you are using at the table! Dollar Tree??!! Who knew!!
ReplyDeleteYour table scape is beautiful! I am slowly collecting the Dollar Tree dinnerware, although my Dollar Trees have not had the placemats and oven mitts yet. I will have to keep checking back!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful tablescape and what a perfect little area for a party. I just love the stained glass mirror and the chandelier.
ReplyDeleteSo darling! I love lemons, and you have elevated them to star status...yum!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute tablescape! Love the lemons and the patriotic placemats. The use of the pink striped sheet for a tablecloth is brilliant. The dishes were quite a find at the Dollar Tree store!
ReplyDeleteI love what you did here. You have a bit of red, white and blue, with pink with lots of lemons and a hint of green. It all came together so nicely. I am in love with both your two-tiered trays and your outside area looks like something out of a high end magazine. Like most of the free world, I am on the lemon-theme kick as well. I order mine from DT because my store did not have them. I can't wait until my box arrives. :) TFS with #omhgww.
