Today was just gorgeous here in Eastern New Mexico, so I spent most of the day outside enjoying the sun. In between relaxing on the porch, I got a little Halloween decorating done! |
After the lights were in place, I set in and decorated the cabinet that sits by the front door. |
Nothing too scary...... |
I hope the scary blood stained fabric that I found at Dollar Tree doesn't scare anyone too bad....lol! |
I put a buzzard nest in one of the drawers in the cabinet.... |
I hung a Haunted Farmhouse sign above the cabinet...... |
Three pumpkins add the final touch to the vignette. I carefully placed the pumpkin stem where it would look like it is growing thru the metal tray of mums. |
I can't wait to share part 2 of the Halloween porch..... |
Looks Boo tiful, Penny! Happy Thursday to you!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! you are always so inspiring!!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Penny, What a cute Halloween scene, fun and good taste. I love the buzzard nest, how funny. I like the matching floor lamps as you can do so much with them.
ReplyDeleteWell, we had hail and freezing rain about 9 pm last night and woke to snow and icy roads.
It is still snowing and getting colder. I DO NOT LIKE THIS EARLY SNOW. We don't usually have snow in Colorado until Halloween. In the mountains snow can come anytime after 1st of August. Our trees still all green. Enjoy your warm weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for taking my mind off this weather.
