Summer Decor in the Kitchen

 

After Memorial Day, I gave the kitchen a fresh look by creating some new vignettes .....  

All the meal prep is done on the island, so I usually keep it cleared off all the time.    I wanted to burn one of my favorite candles.....left over from Christmas... so, I made an exception and made a simple vignette from stuff around the house.   When I get ready to cook supper tonight, everything will go back where I got it and the island will be back to normal.....empty!

I used some summer clipart to create a design to hang over the stove....

I added a Patriotic bow to each print since the 4th is coming right up.....

and Labor Day after that....

 I can clear the stove off in a New York minute just by removing the stove cover .....everything else stays ....

The coffee station is just down the counter to the right of the stove.....
so, the vignette I created for that corner has a fun coffee print,
the coffee pot, & a few other things...

The counter to the left of the stove has a vignette there that
I've already shared in a past post.....
