Look at this pretty headboard bench that H made from two headboards and a footboard! It is 5' long and the seat is 24" deep....it's about the size of a loveseat.
The back of the bench is a full size headboard ......
H cut a full size headboard in half to make the sides of the bench.
The "wood skirt" across the bottom is a full size foot board. You can see from the photo on the left that this is truly a trash to treasure project.....lol!
Absolutely gorgeous, Penny, and such a great idea using old headboards! Hugs, CristinaReplyDelete
Just found your blog Penny and I love your neat bench. Its so unique! I have one made from a Jenny Lind Bed that I got from a neighbor many years ago. We used the headboard for back and cut in the footboard in two pieces for the sides. Love it. I sure love your unique little potting shed. Your style is right up my alley and I love everything you have hone.ReplyDelete
Amazing!! Love it!! I sure would love one of these.
It was a cold and deary day but at least there was no rain... It only hit 62 degrees so i spent some time ironing.....UGH!!! Tomorrow it is supposed to get up to 75 so I should be able to spend some time out in the back yard......
We have had 11 inches of rain this Spring.... only 7 last year...... Told you we have had a lot of rain!!
