I took a break this afternoon to have a little fun creating a Valentine centerpiece for the coffee table in the family room. |
I chose a white shabby chic tiered stand to use as the container for the Valentine centerpiece. |
I put pearls in the bottom of two of the sections to lift the creamer and sugar above the rim. |
I had found some Valentine themed stamps at Michaels the other day for 75 cents each. |
I love to use my Dreamsicles as decor for Valentines Day. |
I added some battery operated lights ...... |
Such a sweet couple..... |
A Valentine post card and set of Desert Rose salt and pepper shakers..... |
I created love themed vignettes on each side of the sofa..... |
Lit some candles....... |
Candle lights really adds romance to any room..... |
This "window wall" separates the family living/dining room from the formal living/dining room. |
You can see the chandy that is over the dining table in the formal dining area. |
2016 Valentine family room.................................2017 Valentine family room |
I'm hoping to decorate the mantle for Valentines Day this week! |
so pretty, Penny, your home was made for Valentine's Day! xo

All of the white and pastel looks so cheery! Nice for this time of the year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful living areas. :)
ReplyDeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteVery pretty!! Love that tiered tray.. I have been working hard to get Christmas down and packed away downstairs and re-decorate for Winter and Valentine's Day. I finally have all of Christmas put away downstairs and all I have left to do is the Living Room Tree. I was sick with the intestinal flu that has been going around so that put me a bit behind...
Hugs,
Deb
