Fall Tree in a French Bottle Drying Rack

I only decorate a few rooms in the house for fall and the hall bath is one of the rooms I always try to decorate for seasons and holidays.     It's the bathroom that our family and friends use when they come by and it's the closet one to the family room and kitchen,   so H and I use it most of the time as well.

I wanted to make a fall tree to sit on the counter between the two sinks.     It's not a very large space so I was limited as to how big of a tree that I could put there.      After shopping the house for something to use as a tree form,   I decided to use a copper French bottle drying rack.    I've used drying racks as tree's several times over the years and found they are a perfect size to place in a small area.     You can hang things on them,   tie stuff to them,  and poke stuff into them...lol!

After I established the shape of my tree with a rose bush and 2 pumpkin garlands,   it was time to decorate the tree.    My favorite part of the project!

I tied some black/white checked ribbon to the rose bush tree topper.

I strung some pink pearls around my tree and added more pink ribbon.

The garland had pumpkins in it,  but I wanted a few more so I tucked in a couple of tan velvet pumpkins like the ones I have in the fall vignette on the other wall in the bathroom

The bathroom is decorated in a Cattail & Copper theme,   so I added small vignettes to each end of the counter continuing my theme.

My fall hall bath is finished and now I can move on to the porch......one of the area's I always decorate for holidays and seasons.

I shared the other side of the bathroom in an earlier post,   but I tweeked it just a little since then.

I added a sweet fall owl ornament ......

a fox......

and a squirrel ornament to the existing decor.

I always enjoy your visits so much,   please stop by again soon!
