We will load them in the car Christmas eve and go over to our daughters house for a party. We will open our presents to each other early in the evening. so the kids (big and little!) will have plenty of time to play before bedtime.
On Christmas eve, it is our tradition to have what I call "fun" food . Meat trays, homemade candy, cookies, little smokies, smoked salmon, Christmas punch (raspberry sherbet and ginger ale, simple but yummy).and any other junk food we can find ... lol.... We will do what I call "mince" , some people say "graze", what ever you call it ...we'll eat all through the night! |
