I have found another use for my French drying rack...... |
I am using it to dry roses! |
I love fresh flowers and my favorite is roses...so I have a bouquet in our home pretty often! |
I had this bouquet on the Hoosier at Easter... |
I had this one in the sun room just a few weeks ago. I never throw my fresh roses away when they fade...I always dry them. |
My drying rack has stored coffee cups... |
it's even been a Christmas tree! |
I love that you think outside the box. Love that hoosier. Deb

ReplyDeleteI have one of those drying racks. Thanks for the inspiration of new ways to use it.
ReplyDeleteI love the little pink vase holder it is so unusual. What is it Penny?
ReplyDeleteHi Di, it is a vintage rubber stamp holder...I was lucky enough to find some glass "vases" that fit perfect in the stamp clamps!
DeletePenny,
ReplyDeleteGreat idea!! I have to find me one of those!!

What an appealing vignette from a drying rack! I love all the elements you have included.
ReplyDeleteLOVE it all , my colors pink & white . I like the shinny brite ball wreath so much
ReplyDeleteInventive uses for your drying rack. It's great isn't it we can use things for everything we can think of, not just what it was created for. Everything you've used it for is pretty smart.
ReplyDeleteI almost had one of the drying racks from The Deal (or whatever it's called site) but I had problems with the process of paying for it part and just backed out. I could kick myself but oh well maybe some other time. I'd sure love to have one tho, it was a smaller version they said. Happy days
Smart to dry your roses to use for whatever else you think of, think you'll think of something also. Your arrangement are so pretty.
Hi Penny, Love the rack and it is perfect for drying those gorgeous roses and all the other ways you have displayed with it.Such a great piece. I would love to find one. Love your wreath in the first pic and also the glimpse of the cabinets. Did you paint them white? Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
hugs, CM
