I love the new silver and gold theme that I chose for the entry this year! Last year I chose a Nutcracker theme for the entry, so this is quite a change......what will I do with all the Nutcrackers that I have....can't wait to show you what I have in mind for them. I have three walls in the entry that I love to decorate for Christmas. This wall has a big cabinet that has tons of room to display some of the Christmas decor that I have amassed over the years.
|
I filled the cabinet with gold and silver tea pots, sugar & creamers, and Santa heads. |
Of course, I had to Pennyfy my vignettes with a few touches of pink...lol! |
This gold and silver Mark Roberts fairy was a perfect addition to my gold and silver theme. He is the "Let it Snow" fairy. |
I started collecting Santa heads a long time ago and the one in the left top is one of the first ones that I bought. |
The Santa head on the right is one of the biggest ones in my collection. |

Oh Penny, You are so inspirational with your decorating! I just love all the soft colours and pretty things you use. My home is plain and so boring compared to yours! Thank you for all the trouble you go to to post for us. x
ReplyDeleteI love your gold and silver Holiday decorations! That is the color scheme I am going for this Christmas! I love the look of the Winder Wonderland. Your decorations are all very beautiful!

I think I may have told you, but I call my husband PH and it's short for Patient Husband..but his name is Howard.
ReplyDeleteYou are well on your way to the Christmas season. I've never enjoyed anything as much as decorating. I have lots of silver..not so much gold and daughters that love it as much as I do...so..lots of it has walked out the front door..
I don't usually start my Christmas decor until after Thanksgiving, but I may get a little bit of an early start on it this year. We will see. I love this cabinet filled with silver and Santa heads. The deer head is a fun addition! Thank you for sharing itand all your sumptuous gold and silver decor at What We Accomplished Wednesdays. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Deborah
Penny, you really have got a jump on things. I don't start mine until after Thanksgiving. Our daughter is moving out of the basement and I may give it a good cleaning and start doing a little down there. Your entry is simply stunning! There's nothing quite like Silver and Gold! Thanks for sharing with SYc.
