I hung my gold and silver wreath above the harp table in the entry. |
I added some pearls and other vintage jewelry to the existing wreath,,,,, |
I didn't glue my vintage jewelry to the wreath as I don't want to take a chance of ruining anything....I just laid them around in between the balls. |
I chose my best silver set for the vignette. For a little whimsy, I topped the biggest silver teapot with a gold crown. |
I added some bling to the Santas..... |
I laid a vintage bracelet on Santa's hat.... |
and one of my rhinestone bracelets.... |
to this Santa's hat. |

I love the nativity in the O in joy.....after all... that's the reason for the season! |
Holy Schmoley, Penny. That is SOME wreath. Lots of bling and photograph ready for sure. Your new header looks nice, too- xo Diana

Penny,
ReplyDeleteI love everything that you did to the entryway. It's gorgeous and stunning. I wish I could see more of the silver tree. You are making me want to put out my Christmas decorations now but I will wait until Thanksgiving week.
It's so interesting how you begin to bring out the Christmas cheer and yet stay in keeping with the Thanksgiving Holiday.
ReplyDeleteThe stores do it..so why can't we? I am getting started on my tree's this year. I even have the gardner scheduled to put up the lights on the BIG Redwood tree's in the front yard. Next week...:) Can't wait.
The song "Silver and Gold" Christmas song goes through my head when I look at all your beautiful and stunning silver and gold decor. I love it, Penny!!
Penny, I meant to ask you..is your home on any of the Home Tours they have at Christmas? How I would have loved to have visited a home like yours instead of the ones, that were lovely but just not half as interesting and intricately decorated with such attention to detail and so many unusual idea's. What a treat visiting yours would be.
ReplyDeletePenny that wreath is gorgeous! I love how you have laid the beautiful pieces of jewelry throughout it. The bling on Santa dresses him up fine. You have a wonderful knack for putting things together! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
