Last Christmas I had a Candy Land theme in the kitchen.....this year the kitchen theme is Fairy Tale.... |
The kitchen is truly the heart of out home.....the entry and hall to the bedrooms is to your left.....the family room and sun room are to the right |
You may remember my post showing how I took bits and pieces to make a short fat Christmas tree....well, the kitchen is where the tree found a home. |
My Fairy Tale Christmas tree is decorated with all kinds of goodies..... |
The Fairy Tale Christmas tree is sitting on an antique wooden wheel chair. I put a rose wreath on both of the wheels and have a Christmas train around the bottom of the tree. |
I bought this train at the auction this past summer..... |
These elves shovel coal as the train moves....... |
Here's Santa waving Merry Christmas from the caboose.....all of the figures on the train are animated. |
The Hoosier sets to the right of the tree, so I sprinkled some fairies around the existing decor.... |
Woodland Fairies..... |
