Spring Blooms

The ornamental pear trees have started to bloom in our yard,  so H went out and cut a few small branches for me to make a bouquet in the kitchen.     Yesterday it was about 60 degrees here in Eastern New Mexico,   but today it is barely out of the teens and we have two inches of snow on the ground.....CRAZY!

The cold front that came thru last night probably killed all of the blooms,  so I better enjoy the few branches I have.

I put some bunnies on the counter with my spring bouquet......

Isn't she a beauty?    She has a thick coat of glitter  and a pretty pink bow around her neck

I'm still dreaming of spring......

We have two inches of snow on the ground,   but if you look at the far left of the photo you can see the concrete in front of the potting shed.    The concrete is still so warm from yesterday that it is melting the snow as fast as it falls!

We have moved on to section two painting the inside of the cabinets.    It's almost done and I can't wait to show you !
