Bridal Gown Wreath

I wanted to share the Bridal Wreath that I made today for my booth..  

I purchased a vintage wedding gown that had several soiled places on it.   I was lucky enough to find one at a yard sale for a good price.

I wrapped my white styro wreath with the tulle under skirt that was on the gown.    I used a piece of the bodice at the top of the wreath.

 The train wasn't soiled so I was able to hang it from the bottom of the wreath.

I pinned the pretty buttoned back of the gown to my wreath.    I used pearl pins to attach all the pieces of my gown to the wreath...no hot glue....just pins.

A bridal wreath hung on a wall by the "powder room" gives your shower guests a pretty decoration to enjoy.

Hang a wreath on the coat closet door......

I love the look of a wreath on a vintage door.....

Here it is hung on a mirror in the hallway......

(.I would need to change my chalkboard from spring to Bridal Shower if I were hosting a shower...lol)

You can also use a heart shaped form.    I made this wreath several years ago and it is still one of my favorites....keep it up all year round!

I pinned a brooch on the front of my wreath,  but some silk flowers would be pretty too.   I found this gorgeous brooch at HL,  it was $12 as I remember,,  but I used a 40% coupon/   You could also hot glue some vintage jewelry on your wreath,  but this one is going to my booth and I have to keep the cost down as much as I can.
