Before.....................................................................................After |
I ordered new ruffled curtains ,,,,,,,, |
The Battenburg curtains in photo 1 went to the guest bedroom along with the old comforter from our bed. The new ruffled curtains are open in photo 2 and closed in photo 3. |
We moved the black trunk that was at the foot of the bed to the right side of the bed to be used as a lamp table. H made me a bench to put at the end of the bed. |
After additional pillows................................,,,,,,,,,,,,........Before additional pillows. |
I am excited about the new neutral colors in the bedroom.... |
To change the look later, I can add accessories in pink, aqua, just about any color I want. |
I also tweeked the side table decor since you last saw it..... |
Before.............................................................after |
I cleaned all the decor off the chesser and started fresh...... |
Bonjour chère amie,
ReplyDeleteLa féerie de Noël est fulminant !! Bravo pour toutes ces merveilleuses photos.
Je vous souhaite de très joyeuses fêtes.
Gros bisous ♡
Penny - Your master bedroom turned out so pretty. I think it is great to do something like that as a gift to each other. Makes it very special.

I love it! Its amazing what a refresh will do for the soul. I am loving that tiny bit of checked ribbon above the mantle. My bedroom is antique white, my bedding is back and natural linen toile with black velvet mixed into my pillows. I have coordinating check empire valances and draperies and a striped bed skirt. I use ivory comforters and sheets. That ribbon would look lovely in my bedroom.
ReplyDeleteI love how your room is complete and lovely and romantic. **sigh**

Merry Christmas to you and H.

Penny, your bedroom is so pretty and I love the neutral look you put together. I like the way you can add additional colors to do mini changes as time goes on. You have inspired me to get busy on my own bedroom. Thanks for sharing at Vintage Charm. Pinning to the Vintage Charm Features and Favorites board. sb
