I like to keep the kitchen decorated for the seasons and holidays since it is the heart of our home..... |
In this corner of the kitchen, I have a ladder propped up against the wall to dry roses from our garden. |
The ceramic lidded Easter egg and glittery bunny belonged to my mother..... |
I placed some vintage pot holders under the French scrip pink cabbages............ |
This section of the counter is where H and I serve the coffee every morning, so I move the big bunny plate by the coffee pot down to the other end of the counter until we are done having coffee. |
I tied Easter post cards to enamel lids....... |
These are the lids that I usually keep on the stove as burner covers..... |
Love your spring decorating! I am so ready for it!

ReplyDeletePenny, I love the bunny dish and the pink cabbages. The little postcards are wonderful. It's always pretty at your house. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen is so pretty & spring feeling. Some time when you have time(lol) I wish you would talk about how you store all your treasures . I know you & Mr. H are so organization & have everything in order or I don't think you could put your displays together as fast as you do. I have a real problem how to store my things & be able to fine them when I need to with out messing every things else up. Just a thought (lol) yes I label.
ReplyDeleteI can't even begin to tell you how beautiful I think this is. I wish I was so tasteful
ReplyDeleteHow I wish my husband didn't insist on making the end of our dining room table his morning paper reading place, pill taking station, Saduko headquarters with pens and eraser clipboard etc. etc. Also has his ugly little black goose necked lamp to read by. Yours look so beautiful..however when company is coming he cleans it all up..and the pretties are put back..so I guess I should count my blessings that he does that...and that I have him! :) I come here to get my "pretty" fix..but then you already KNOW that! :)
