Metal Garden Art in the Yard

I am not normally a big fan of metal yard art,     I think it's because I prefer pastel colors rather than the really bright colors that they are usually painted.    But,  when I saw all the metal sheep and goats at Round Top,   I fell in love with them!

This mama and baby goat are just so sweet......
I gave each one of them a simple crown of flowers.....

Look at that sweet face!

Here is a good look at their bodies.....

I put them out "to pasture" in the back yard.....

I played with them for a while.....
First I had them in the flower bed.....

Then on the grass.......

You saw my baby sheep in an earlier the kitchen.    It was such a pretty day,  I brought her out side.    I still am looking for a mama sheep.......

H got most of the new plants put in the flower bed today.   I had lots of plants come back from last year,  so I didn't have to buy very many to fill in the bald spots.....

We still have a lot of work to do in the flower out all of those leaves and pulling weeds.....just the normal spring stuff!

  1. Penny - I LOVE THOSE SHEEP!! They are so sweet and the garlands on them just topped them off!

  2. They are very sweet, perfect for your shabby chic garden
