Bakers Rack Repurposed into a Bird Condo

I married a bakers rack with a couple of bird cages today to make a bird condo.    I enjoy making something new out of old stuff!!       The new "piece" is a lovely addition to a small corner on the back porch.

I wired a couple of bird cages to my bakers rack to make my condo.   

I had an old bench that had seen better days and couldn't be sat on until it gets all new boards.    I sat a round bird bath on the bench and filled my cherub bird feeder with bird seed.......now no one can sit on until it is repaired!

The birds are already starting to flock to the condo/bird bath/ bird feeder......

I added some fresh cut blossoms to the bird bath.....

I don't want my birds to blow off when there's a breeze,  so I tied their little feet to the cage with some fabric strips.....

H and I are having dinner tonight on the back porch........I'll take some photo's and be back soon!
