I added some red white and blue decor to the existing garden mantel theme. When the 4th is over, I will just remove the holiday decor and the garden mantel will remain until I decide to change it. |
I wanted to give you a close up of the faux greenery tray that I bought over the weekend at a yard sale. There is a smaller matching one on the mantel.....the two were $3. |
I started my 4th of July tablescape with a garden theme tablecloth to tie it together with the mantel...... |
Then I added a red, white, and blue quilt...... |
Herb Garden place mats, herb mason jar napkins....... |
Garden dinner plates, gold silverware, and additional napkin in red, white and blue, and cobalt blue stemware. |
I used my George and Martha stemware.......I have a service for 8 of these that I bought at a yard sale a long time ago. |
You have to look close to see the face on the glasses..... |
I have vintage blue S&P shakers |
I don't have all the place setting on the table yet, but you get the idea. |

ReplyDeleteWOW! You are such an inspiration and your blog is like a ray of sunshine that sparks my heart. I recently used scrapbook paper as disposable placemats for a tea party; so many themes and colors to choose from and very inexpensive.

ReplyDeleteLOVE this pretty tablescape!! Perfect for Summer and the Holiday!! I love the cobalt blue pieces! I have only 3 of the same George and Martha Washington stemware...We are celebrating the 4th today on Sunday as it will be easier for me since I have to work the night of the 4th.
