Fall is upon us.....school is starting......and it's time for the County fair! I thought it would be fun to add some County Fair touches to the existing decor in my Farmhouse style kitchen. |
Let's take a look around............. |
I added a pink and white gingham check bow to the existing wreath..... |
I made a cotton bole floral design and added a vintage state fair ribbon to the vignette. |
On the other end of the counter, I moved the cow pictures that were there to another area of the kitchen. I replaced them with my ceramic pink pigs. |
I hung a vintage fair ribbon on the existing white plate and wrote "County Fair" on a pink chalk board. |
There are always plenty of fresh flower bouquets entries at the fair, so I cut some flowers from the back yard and made a bouquet for my Fair themed kitchen. |
So charming! Love the county fair theme and all your vignettes- what a great eye you have!

ReplyDeleteJust love seeing all the fun touches in your house. Love the county fair theme for Fall. Everywhere I look throughout your home there are so many cute and fun surprises.....just can't get enough of all the decorations.
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky to have all that space! My kitchen is tiny, no island, very little counter space. But the window has a view of the mountains that is spectacular!

OMG, I fell in LOVE with the sheep chalkboard! Can you share where you got it? I don't find many things that I just have to have, but that is one of them! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteHi Sandy, you can purchase a pad of ....I think 50, not sure..... paper chalkboard place mats with the sweet sheep head at Amazon. The longhorn cow you have seen in my kitchen is also paper place mats from Amazon....hugs...
DeleteYou have turned your beautiful kitchen into a fanciful barn full of fun animals Penny. Ilove how your home is a stage where you can change it up depending on your mood. The special touch for me is the hay.
