I layered a chippy white frame on the back side of the mirror. |
Then, I used my easel/ sconce to hold two copper metal pumpkins |
I also used my easel/sconce to hold a pom pom wreath! |
It was so much fun to try different things on my easel.....who knows what I'll have on it next week! |
Now for this weeks tablescape....... |
My "container" for my center piece is a copper French drying rack.... |
I sat an ivory painted mason jar in the center of my rack and filled it with flowers cut from our yard. |
I hung tea cups around the bottom of the rack that match the dishes...... |
I used my copper flat ware and some owl paper napkins..... |
Here is a close up of the plates and the mfg info on the back. |
I made some changes on the buffet and changed out the pillows in the chairs on each side of it. |
Pretty pastel pumpkin pillows in the chairs...... |
And if you think you've seen this pumpkin before, you're right! |
It was the centerpiece for last weeks tablescape. If you missed that post, here's a link to it......http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2017/09/burnish-copper-and-blush-fall-tablescape.html |
I liked the copper metal pumpkins in the easel, |
But, in the end, I liked the old barn picture the best! Guess I'll have to find a new home for the metal pumpkins! |
So, so beautiful.. love the Barn painting...

ReplyDeleteLove all the changes you have made! Loved the barn oicture against the stained wood. Very pretty!! I have been so busy cleaning the living Room, changing the curtains and linens and decorating it for Fall. I have to decorate my Autumn Tree and underneath it and then I am done with the Living Room and can move on to doing Halloween in the Dining Room......

All your ideas are so incredibly inventive! Love that white chippy frame and all the potential possibilities you've created (the farmhouse is my fave). I always have fresh inspiration whenever I visit. Thank you!

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I was just thinking the same thing -- I love that barn picture the best! And you're totally after my own heart -- loving the back of the mirror better -- I do, too! I have that drying rack in bronze and never thought of putting flowers in the middle of it. What a great idea! Your tablescape (and room) is fabulous! Thanks for sharing at Vintage Charm:)
