I am so ready for spring! The weather has been mild here in Eastern New Mexico and it has made me anxious for spring to arrive. |
I wanted my mushroom to look like they would if they were in the forest, so I put ferns and moss in my design. |
The oval shape of the roasting pan fits perfect on the oval side table that belonged to my grandmother. |
I found my pale pink lily of the valley in the new spring flowers at Michael's. |
Thank you so much for stopping by! |
Adorable.

ReplyDeleteIt is a pretty, fun, and unusual arrangement, looks nice in the roaster. The mushrooms are cute, it would be clever to have a little fairy hiding in there somewhere.
ReplyDeleteOhh...the pink mushrooms are adorable.

ReplyDeleteI have never heard of velvet mushrooms, they are beautiful #thought"full"Thursday @_karendennis
ReplyDeleteWhat a unique arrangement. I agree with Linda; there could be a fairy under one of the mushrooms, a bird, frog, turtle, some butterflies.... What a great way to use a seldom used roasting pan!
ReplyDeleteI adore those mushrooms!! What a pretty arrangement <3
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute! I bought those same ornaments - I couldn't resist the pink velvet. So whimsical.
ReplyDeleteHi Penny! I love your mushrooms and the creative idea of using them in a roasting pan. It turned out lovely. Thank you for sharing on Party in Your PJ's. I pinned to my Home Ideas board and shared!
ReplyDeleteSo very cute, Penny! I love your little mushroom grove!!! I know, I find the best things in the Christmas ornament aisles ~ I found a lovely mistletoe ornament with a large pink ogee crystal which dangles from the mistletoe ~ perfect for hanging off my new chandelier for Valentine's!
ReplyDeleteYour home is always so pretty,
Barb :)
p.s. Pinning several photos to my boards, as always! <3

ReplyDeleteI'm so sad I didn't see those mushrooms. I love mushrooms at Christmas and in early spring decor. So, so cute.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Penny! Love those pink mushrooms and Lily of the Valley together. Can't understand why the mushrooms would be in the Christmas aisle, but you have an eye for where they'll fit best, and this is looking very Springy already.
ReplyDeleteThat is adorable Penny! Thanks for sharing with Home Sweet Home!

Have a great week!
Penny,
ReplyDeleteThese mushrooms are the cutest things!!! I did not see them in our Target at Christmas but our Target hardly had any Christmas merchandise this year. They really cut back. Love this sweet arrangement. There are no signs of Spring here with ice jams causing flooding on the river and 3 inches of snow in about 2 hours this morning......
Hugs,
Debbie
