Vintage Farmhouse Metal Decor

Have you noticed that the stores are full of Farmhouse metal decor for your home?         Well,    I decided to "shop my home"  and bring some of the vintage metal decor out that has been in retirement  for years.      Some of the pieces belonged to my mother and grandmother and some came from yard sales.
The first thing I want to share is a vintage waffle maker that is not only vintage but probably not safe to plug in anymore if you did want to use it again....lol!

There are so many ways to use give this old waffle iron a new lease on life.

I opened my waffle iron up so I would have a shelf to decorate on and a wall to hang things on.

I had so much fun auditioning items for the shelf .

I really liked the cow print that I hung on my waffle maker wall so I left it alone.

I can't wait to decorate my waffle irons for Christmas!

I shopped the dusty storage shelves in the studio and came up with 2 vintage toasters.

This toaster had a slot that was perfect to use as an easel for a small saucer.

A small hay bale made the bread holder level so I could set things on it.     A stack of saucers did  same thing,  but I liked the hay bales the best.

I have to admit that I spent most of the afternoon playing with my waffle irons and toaster.      I'm easily amused.....lol!

Who knows,    I may play with them again tomorro!

A couple of days ago,   I repurposed  some meat grinders........

I shared them earlier in a tablescape.

I hope my post will give you some inspiration to bring some of your vintage things out of retirement .

Don't forget to share photo's if you do!
