Just lovely Penny and I love the idea of a prayer room!
ReplyDeleteLove this idea & how pretty your room is! Thanks so much for sharing this at the Craftastic Link Party and inspiring me to make a prayer space:)
ReplyDeleteYour backyard is more than just a plot of grass. Love everything you have done...the prayer room is a true sanctuary.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I love the stained glass and all the crosses. May be my favorite "Penny thing" yet!
ReplyDeleteGood morning Penny, Oh, I love your little mediation chapel. I love the Lord's Last supper statue. Is that a Llardo figurine? That is a jewel. Every inch in your little room is gorgeous and very peaceful. Everyone needs a room like that and maybe we wouldn't have all this sickness and abnormal behavior going on. I know we would all be a lot happier if we had a place like yours to stop and evaluate our lives.
ReplyDeleteYour backyard is so peaceful and beautiful. May you and Mr H always be able to enjoy it together. Life is short. I am so thankful you share with all of us the important things in each day. Like the old saying "Stop and Smell the Roses".
Thank you so much. God bless all your efforts.
Leona
A cute and comfy and comforting space! I have shared my garden in 2 blog posts but so far, no she shed or prayer place in t. I do have an iron gazebo! I can pray throughout the garden as God is there, too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place to pray and rest during these times!
ReplyDeleteIt blesses my heart to know you are a prayerful woman. Love what you did to make a special "Prayer Closet". God Bless.
ReplyDeletePenny, what a beautiful, peaceful prayer room you have created! It's absolutely lovely, and has so many wonderful components. Truly a sanctuary in these challenging times. Take care and stay well, and thank you so much for being a part of Hearth and Soul.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful sanctuary to sit and reflect. So many unique and beautiful crosses.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place. I think my blood pressure went down 10 points just scrolling through the pictures! Although I usually feel closer to God when among my few flowers, I know this space would just encourage prayer and meditation!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea! Thanks for sharing at Vintage Charm!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful space! Thank you for sharing at Party In Your PJ's.
ReplyDeleteI love this. I've been spending a lot of time in the garden praying too. Come over and see it featured, Penny. I hope you are well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful prayer room, Penny!!! You two did a marvelous job making it share your faith. <3 Happy to feature your post at this week's Share Your Style #255, thank you!
ReplyDeleteHugs and hope NM opens up soon,
Barb :)
Penny, I think this is a darling re-purpose of you sweet tea room. Still a lovely place to take your tea but now it can offer a peaceful place to 'just be' also. Love it!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing at Create, Bake, Grow & Gather this week. I'm delighted to be featuring your lovely prayer room at tonight's party and pinning too.
Hugs,
Kerryanne
Wow Penny, this space is absolutely beautiful! I love all the stained glass pieces, churches, headboard benches, and the list goes on. How wonderful to have this sacred space during these challenging times.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful. I have always wanted a small chapel in the forest part of our yard for prayer and meditation. Yours makes me more determined to get mine done.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely idea to turn your tea room into a prayer room, it is perfect!
