More Changes in the Sunroom & a Fall Tour

I spent all of last week cleaning and making changes to the furniture arrangement in the sunroom and I'm finally finished!   Well, let's be honest am I ever really finished in a room.    I can hardly walk thru a room without moving something in a vignette ever so slightly or trying a pillow on a different piece of furniture in the room.....lol!

We spend most of our time outdoors during the summer......so the sunroom doesn't get as much use as it does it the cooler months when we are inside more.

I decided to replace some of the chairs in the sunroom with some cozy comfy ones that we could curly up in during the cooler months.

I decided to move this chair in from the family room.   I had to change the slip cover on it to make it fit in with the colors I use in the sunroom but that was an easy fix.

I love the chairs that were in the sunroom before,   but they weren't very comfortable to curl up in with a good book.    The before chairs found a new home at the head of the big dining table in the formal dining room.

I replaced the chair I took from the family room with a love seat......

The lemon tree was on the other side of the room and was blocking part of the view of the backyard,   so I moved it over to this side of the room.

I also frequently lay down on the couch for a afternoon nap !

I added a fall print to the existing tobacco basket......

I designed a fall arrangement for my fall sunroom.....

The sunroom opens up into the family room,   so since I don't have any window coverings in there,  I have a drape that I pull across the opening for privacy in the evening.

I have a new buffet in the sunroom,  and if you missed the post with all the details here's a link to it......http://penny-pennystreasures.blogspot.com/2020/10/old-water-trough-repurposed-as-buffet.html

The love seat that was where the rockers are now found a new home in the family room.   Well,   it's not exactly a new home since it's been in there many times  (it matches the sofa that's in there)

The rockers add more conversation seating to the sunroom,    and they are light weight and easy to move to the side for a clear view of the backyard.    Sometimes H and I just turn them around to face the other way and sit in the sun....rock....and enjoy looking at the back yard.

I had plenty of help with the cleaning and moving furniture that has went on all week....yeah.....she just sat in the chair on the back porch and watched it all go on!

Her partner in crime didn't want any part of it either.....she just sat out in the yard looking into the sunroom wishing we would hurry up and get done!    It's hard to tell them apart,  but if you look at their faces close this one has a mask around her eyes and the other one doesn't.

I always enjoy your visits so much,   please stop by again soon!
